Overview
Beta testing is an exciting opportunity for Fullpath clients to be at the forefront of our latest technology. Being a part of a beta test program means experiencing new features and capabilities before they are released to the public.
What is a beta test?
Beta tests are opportunities to try out a new product or service before it is released to the public. Participating in a beta test can provide several advantages, such as being one of the first to try out a new product, access to exclusive features, and the chance to provide feedback to help improve the product while in development.
Our intention is always to implement new features that will improve Fullpath's performance, but entering into a beta test with Fullpath does not guarantee an improvement. You will however be given the opportunity to be one of the first Fullpath clients to test a new product feature that may or may not be fully integrated into the platform.
The beta test will run for a fixed period of time on a case-by-case basis. Entering into a beta test is a commitment on your part to let it run its course. You will be unable to edit the test’s budget, creatives, or anything else related to the test until it reaches its end date. Providing the feature is developed past the beta phase, you will be able to choose whether to continue using it or disable it.
Should I sign up to be a beta tester?
Beta testing puts you at the forefront of Fullpath's upcoming developments. Clients considering joining a beta test should be interested in pioneering new tech, as well as actively engaged with the Fullpath CDXP. At the same time, potential beta testers should have the availability and desire to provide feedback throughout the process, as well as be aware and understand that occasional glitches and bugs are part and parcel of the beta testing process and will be addressed quickly.
