Overview
There are times when a Dealership will switch vendors or CRM providers, resulting in a new mapping of CRM Customers and Contacts. The result is typically new CRM IDs are assigned to the customers and old ones are either deleted or inactive. This may also occur by human error when connecting the CRM to the CDXP platform or in some other accidental context.
When an old CRM ID has been deleted or deactivated and new one has replaced, it, the CDXP Shopper page will show the old entity and any associated leads in grey, inactive state, and the new, current CRM ID in bold, active color.
