As of March 1 2023, AutoLeadStar is officially called Fullpath. The initial changes will take place on our website and social media accounts and inside the dashboard.
The transition to our new name, Fullpath, will be gradual, so you might still see some references to AutoLeadStar during the process. We're working hard to make this change as smooth as possible, but some updates might take a bit longer to roll out. Thanks for your understanding!

Our website has a shiny new address, www.fullpath.com, where you can find all sorts of helpful information in our help center.

You can still find us on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, under our new name, Fullpath. Just a heads up, LinkedIn might take a bit longer to make the switch due to their name change regulations, but we are working on it. Last but not least, our client community has a new name too! The community is called "Fullpath client & partners community." If you haven’t joined yet, now is the time!
Why are you rebranding?
The AutoLeadStar brand no longer does our technology justice. The time has come for a fresh coat of paint with a name that better encompasses the services we provide for dealers and the cutting-edge technology that we create. We need a name that embraces the powerful tools built into our leading Customer Data and Experience Platform, and even more importantly, we need a name that better represents our customer-first approach.
Why Fullpath?
Fullpath empowers dealers to succeed by unifying and leveraging all first-party data to create those unforgettable experiences that build customers for life. For dealerships, the focus can no longer be on just driving leads. Success is about the lifetime value of the customer and the journey - the full path- they take with the dealer, from the first ad or website click, to purchasing a vehicle, to their next service appointment, and beyond.
How does the rebrand affect my existing contract? Will I need to sign any new documentation?
Good news! You won't have to sign any new contracts or worry about any changes to pricing. Our name may be changing, but everything else stays the same. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to your Customer Success Manager. As of April 1st, all invoices will reflect the change and read Fullpath (previously AutoLeadStar).
Will there be any changes to the customer service?
The name change won't affect our commitment to providing top-notch customer service in any way. We're the same dedicated team, driven by the same mission to provide you with the best customer service possible, just with a new name.
Our support emails are transitioning to support@fullpath.com, but no worries if you accidentally reach out to support@autoleadstar.com, we’ll still help you out 🙂 Our help center will also remain available at fullpath.zendesk.com. We're always looking for ways to improve and provide the best experience possible for our clients, so if you need help or have a suggestion, just let us know. We're here for you!
What will happen to my open support tickets? Will they still be answered?
Yes, any open support ticket will still be answered. We’d never leave you hanging like that! Our support team is here to help you through this transition, so feel free to reach out with any questions.
Will there be any changes to the functionality of the products?
All your favorite things about our product are here to stay - just with a fresh, new look. Core functionality will remain the same. As always though, we are working on new and exciting features and technologies to help your dealership thrive and grow, so stay tuned for the next big thing!
Will the names of the products be changed as well?
Yes. Our solutions will all be renamed to better reflect their purpose, though their functionality will remain the same.
Under Fullpath, we will refer to our solutions as follows:
Acquire is Digital Advertising
Nurture is Audience Activation
Connect is Website Engagement
Last Call is VINs-Acceleration
Data Lake will remain the same, as the name already reflects the functionality of the solution.
How will the rebrand impact my use of the platform?
This change won't disrupt your use of our CDXP at all. The rebrand is entirely focused on naming and design and should not impact the technology in any way. Everything you love about our CDXP, including its functionality and ease of use, will stay exactly the same. So you can keep doing what you do best, while we handle the rest!
How will the leads show up in my CRM?
The only difference in the way leads will appear in your CRM is that the lead name will be followed by /Fullpath and not /AutoLeadStar. Clients who have been live with us prior to March 2023 will still see some leads come through as /AutoLeadStar.
How do I log into the dashboard?
The login process will remain the same but the dashboard will now live under a new domain- dashboard.fullpath.com. Your login information will not change, and aside from a few UX changes, neither will the way you interact with the dashboard.
Do I need to re-set up my account?
No you do not. We’ve got you fully (get it?) covered! Everything will transition automatically and won’t require any additional efforts on your part.
What will happen to my code snippet?
Your code snippet will support Fullpath and won’t require any action on your end.
What will happen with my ADF emails?
New clients will see leads labeled as Fullpath. For now, all leads for existing clients will still be attributed to autoleadstar. We will update you when the change to Fullpath takes place for existing clients.
Do I need to make changes to my Google Analytics account?
You do not need to make any changes to your Google Analytics account - it will transfer over to Fullpath automatically. The emails will now say Fullpath instead of AutoLeadStar.
How does this change your position in the market/auto industry?
When we initially entered the automotive space, it was very clear to us that we are the students and dealers are our teachers. Thirsty for knowledge and a deeper understanding, we humbly asked dealers to teach us and allow us to observe their day to day operations and customer management. While the rebrand doesn’t change our position in the market, it definitely supports our path forward and elevates our positioning as the first, and leading, CDXP in the market. We are extremely proud of what we’ve built and are looking forward to the road ahead as Fullpath.
