Overview
Vins Acceleration is a precision-driven traffic acquisition machine laser-focused traffic to specific VDPs needing increased visibility. By leveraging tailored tactics such as targeted ads, compelling email outreach, engaging SMS campaigns and special promotions on our ChatGPT solution, dealerships can expose the desired VINs to many more shopper eyeballs thus increasing their turn rate.
Fullpath's VINs Acceleration Overview shows you exactly how your VINs are performing and how many visitors and shoppers are visiting and converting on those VDPs. It's a powerful view into performance, accessible from right within your dashboard.
Navigation
To enter the VINs Acceleration dashboard, log into your Fullpath platform and click on the Marketing icon in the left side navigation menu. Then, click on "VINs Acceleration":
Structure
The VINs Acceleration dashboard shows data on a monthly basis. The data shown on the page will be for the month selected in the upper righthand corner (and can be changed by clicking on it). The default date displayed is the current month to date.
Important note: During the first 4 days of the month, you will only see the previous month's data in the Dashboard. On the 5th day the Dashboard will update and pull in relevant data for that month.
The overview page structure contains three main sections:
1. Performance
The Performance section of the dashboard gives you a quick overview of how you're trending with VDP views as well as how VA may have helped to promote the vehicles recently moved off your lot.
2. Setup
The Setup section of the dashboard highlights the parameters currently in place for promoting VINs:
3. Promoted Inventory
The lower section of the overview page includes the vehicle tiles of all promoted Inventory. These tiles include information about the vehicles including: the vehicle name (as listed in your inventory), VIN, number of VDP views attributed to VINs Acceleration, the date which the vehicle was added to the promotions list, and average number of daily VDP views including beneath that, the average number of daily VDP views prior to adding the vehicle to the promotions list. In addition, if the vehicle has been sold/moved out, the shopper and date of sale will also appear. You can also click on any vehicle in the list to view the VIN Details Page.
When looking back at the Promoted Vehicles from previous months, you may see vehicle rows which are greyed out. This means they were added to the promotions list but were quickly moved out/ sold BEFORE the CDXP was able to run ads and promote them.
Manually Adding and Removing Vehicles from Promoted Vehicles
Fullpath will automatically add slow-moving VINs to your promotion list. However, you can also manually add a VIN that does not meet this criteria to your Promoted Inventory.
In order to manually add a VIN, you can either (1) click on the "Add more VINs to VINs Acceleration" link in the Setup section, or (2) click the "Add VINs" button in the Promoted Inventory section. When vehicles are selected, they will immediately be added to the promotions list.
If you do not see the option to add VINs, make sure that you are viewing the current month.
You can manually remove a VIN from the promotion list by clicking the three dots next to the vehicle name and then selecting "Remove from VINs Acceleration".
Note that this action will permanently remove this vehicle from being promoted via VINs Acceleration.
Sold / Moved Out Vehicles
Vehicles that are labeled as "Moved Out" are vehicles whose VDPs have been removed from the dealer website or inventory feed. These vehicles will be marked with a blue "Moved Out" icon until Fullpath can verify the sale via your CRM. At that point, the "Moved Out" icon will be replaced with a "Sold" icon, as well as the date of the sale.
VIN Details Page
The VIN Details Page contains all the information you need about your promoted VIN. In addition to basic details (VIN, status, model, etc.), this page shows you a full view of VDP view, shoppers and leads, giving you the opportunity to reach out to potential buyers and move out that inventory!
