Fullpath integrates with Invoca call tracking in order to provide robust call details in the Fullpath Shopper timeline. The timeline includes call events (phone leads) made to dealerships using Invoca Call tracking.
Invoca Call Details
The Fullpath Shopper timeline will show phone calls made to a dealership's Invoca call tracking number and include the following information:
- Call Duration
- Phone number of the lead
- Invoca Campaign name
- The Campaign Promo line
The Dashboard timeline also allows the user to click to download the call recording or click to listen to the recording.
Setting Up Invoca Integration with Fullpath
To set up an integration with Invoca and Fullpath, you will need to provide your Fullpath Customer Success Manager with:
Your Invoca Dealer ID (4 digits)
Invoca Advertiser ID (6 digits)
Invoca API Token (24 digit string) *Don't know what this is or where to find it?
