Overview
The Fullpath ChatGPT (FPGPT) is very good at converting your onsite Shoppers into Leads. And it's getting better every day as it learns and refines the logic on each customer website. The FPGPT converts website Shoppers around both Sales and Service.
Lead Routing in Chat
The FPCGPT will route Sales and Service leads to the different ADF emails in the following circumstances:
- If we have both a Service and a Sales ADF email in the Dashboard
- If the conversation clearly leans towards service and mentions service, the lead will go thru as a service Lead
- If the 'Chat Department Selection prompt' feature is enabled and a selection is made by the shopper
- If the page the Shopper is on while chatting with the FPGPT is a Service page, the Lead will very likely come thru as a Service lead
- If it's unclear, FPGPT will default and send the lead thru as a Sales lead
Lead Labeling
As with all website engagement conversions which Fullpath facilitates on your dealer site, you have the option to set the ADF formatting to include the module name and lead type on all reported CRM leads. You may enable the 'include module name' feature to append the onsite widget module name upon which the conversion took place to the Lead Source field.
Example: a conversion which took place on the Test Drive module would come into the Dealership CRM with source labeled as Fullpath / Test Drive, a conversion which took place in the Chat module would come into the Dealership CRM with source labeled as Fullpath / Chat (older customers may still see lead source listed as AutoLeadStar ).
