Overview
There are many places in the CDXP a dealership may want to upload and use their own images to leverage their branding and add personalization to their advertising. The settings for editing and uploading images is found on the Dealership level.

To edit or upload your own Dealership images for Digital Advertising and Audience Activation emails, go to Settings > Dealership Settings > Images .

Images in Digital Advertising
We have a set of default images that is utilized across different Objectives and Bundles in Social and Display ads. Your dealership should consider replacing these images with ones that might be more branded or specific to your store, strategy, or market.
Acceptable image files include JPEG, PNG. Max file size should be 2MB. Best practice is to upload logos as square images which are 600 x 600 and banners which are 1200 X 628.
Dealers should NOT upload images/ logos which include overlays (a border with the dealer name, a border with a special design, an image with another image inside of it etc.) these image types are often NOT BRAND COMPLIANT and can cause errors with Google. |
Images in Audience Activation
The image uploaded Email Header/ Footer sections will be the image we use at the top and bottom of the emails Fullpath sends out on behalf of your dealership.
While images upload must be limited to 2MB max, you can upload any resolution of image you'd like. If you do not upload an image, we will use an OEM-provided graphic.
- If the image has a transparent background, Fullpath will set height at 80px and center it automatically
- If the image does not have a transparent background, the image uploaded should be 580x80
Your Customer Success Manager will test your images and make sure everything is set correctly.

By default, emails will be sent out with a header that contains both your image and your dealership name below it:
