Overview
The Dynamic Audience Lists give customers with CDP Pro the ability to create, analyze, and save lists of Shoppers with filters and conditions applied. You can easily log in and view saved Dynamic Audience lists, which Shoppers are added to or removed from dynamically on a daily basis.
You can also leverage these lists across external marketing platforms with an application programming interface (API). The API enables you to connect Shopper data and intelligence from the Fullpath CDP to Google, Facebook, or other platforms for targeted and personalized engagement.

-
Facebook recommends a minimum audience size of 1000 Shoppers; you may also use the CDP audience as a source, and then create a look-alike audience within Facebook, your source audience must contain at least 100 people from a single country to use it as the basis for a lookalike audience.
- If you're receiving a sync failure it is likely because the Facebook business page has changed permissions or password. Read here for instructions.
Scenario 1: Facebook API < > Fullpath CDP Audience first time connection
Scenario 2: Facebook API <> Fullpath CDP Audience subsequent connection
Important: You should NOT expect a 1:1 match between # of shopper in audience and # inside Facebook campaign itself because Facebook compiles data, audiences and fullpath compiles data and audiences on different schedules - so we may be 24 off from their / our last compile. Additionally, not everyone has facebook and we can't force them to open facebook accounts. |
