If you're receiving a sync failure it is likely because the Facebook business page has changed permissions or password. To reset and fix the error complete the following steps.

Permissions: editor or admin access
- Login the Dashboard and click on 'CDP' near the top left corner.
- In the grey menu area on the left side, select 'Audiences', then 'Custom Audiences' at the bottom.
- Scroll down to Custom audience name, click on the blue Facebook logo, then click Disconnect. (Note: Its the only Audience w/ a FB integration, should be easy to spot.)
- Once the audience is disconnected, click on the Integrate button for Custom audience name, then click Next.
- Select 'Connect to Facebook via API'.
- Select 'Integrate a new Facebook Account', then click 'Sign into Facebook'.
- Sign-in/Select their existing Ad Account.
- Follow any prompts on the screen to complete the integration process.
- Done!
