CDP: Dynamic Audiences in Website Engagement

Overview

The Dynamic Audiences enable customers with CDP Pro to create, sort, and save lists of Shoppers with filters and conditions applied. These Shopper lists may be leveraged within Website Engagement in order to create custom onsite engagements for specific lists of Shoppers.

 

 

Navigation

To access your Dynamic Audiences and activate these lists within Website Engagement, enter your Fullpath Dashboard and click on the CDP tab from the left side menu. Dashboard > CDP > Audiences > Dynamic Audiences https://dashboard.fullpath.com/shoppers/saved-filters

If you see With Website Engagement greyed out and you cannot select this option, it means that the audience is already activated inside Website Engagement.

Activate Internally with Website Engagement

Leveraging a Dynamic Audience inside of Website Engagement is a 3 step process:

  1. Enter your Dynamic Audience list, select the audience you intend to use, click ACTIVATE
    • You may also choose to create a new dynamic audience, click ACTIVATE
  2. A walk-thru wizard will open > select the campaign goal (Sales or Service, this will impact reporting and attribution)
  3. Compose and design the onsite engagement
  4. Review and Launch

Disconnect Dynamic Audience From Website Engagement

To disconnect a dynamic audience from Website Engagement:

  1. Find the audience in your Dynamic Audience list (or starred audience list)
  2. Click on the the Activation tag (Website Engagement, or Audience Activation)
  3. A light box will open and present options - Select 'Disconnect'

Onsite Custom Engagement Conditions

  • Only opens as “Full interaction” (not notification, not on widget homepage)
  • Only shown on first page of session
  • Takes priority over:
    • All other ‘Dynamic Interactions’ (ie, notifications and other full interactions)
    • GPT Icebreakers
    • Quick React
  • Does NOT take priority over:
    • Stellantis specific engagements
    • Audience Activation URL param additions to trigger specific modules
    • Audience Activation landing pages
  • Custom Engagements do not include a follow-up interaction of any kind
