[EXTERNAL] Granting Fullpath Access to your Facebook Page

Social Ads are an essential component of Fullpath's Digital Advertising Solution. However, without access to your Facebook business page, Fullpath cannot publish content and create ads on behalf of your dealership(s). We need your help to ensure Fullpath has access to your account as a partner so that we can run your Digital Advertising campaigns. We created this article to outline the steps involved adding a partner(s) on your account.

*Please note, only Business Admins can add Partners to a Facebook Business page.*

There are a few different ways that Fullpath can connect with your Dealerships Facebook page. You can either accept an access request from Fullpath, or add the Fullpath Business ID as a partner on the page from your Business Account. 

Before you begin:

  • Learn how business portfolio access and Page access work.
  • If you have full control of the Page, you can approve/submit the request. 
    • These steps only apply to someone who has full control of a business portfolio.
    • If you don't have full control, send this article to someone who has full control of the business portfolio the Page is in to get your request approved.

Accepting a Request from Fullpath

If your Onboarding Specialist has already let you know they have requested access, and you would like to know how to accept it, please follow the below steps.

To approve an access request from your Page:

  1. Open your Page.
  2. From the left menu, click Settings.
  3. Click Page setup.
  4. Next to Page access, click View.
  5. Click Review request.
  6. Once you've verified the request, click Next.
  7. If the permissions granted look correct, click Confirm. You may need to re-enter your Facebook profile password first.

To approve an access request from your Business Portfolio:

  1. Log into Business Manager
  2. Go to Business settings from the left menu. Then, click Requests.
  3. Click on the Received tab. You should see businesses that have requested access to your Page here. You should also see information about the person who has requested access and the business they belong to.
  4. Click Approve.

If you have not already received a request from Fullpath, you can add them to as a partner on your Business Account

How to add Fullpath as a Partner(s) to your Business Account

  1. Go to Business Settings.
  2. Below Users, click Partners.
  3. Click+ Add. 
  4. Select Give a partner access to your assets. 
  5. Enter Fullpath's Business ID 677204759068439
  6. Next, you need to configure the permissions for Fullpath.
    1. You must allow Fullpath to Manage Ads. Without this permission, we will not be able to create/publish your Digital Ads on Social.
    2. It is highly recommended that you also allow Fullpath to Manage Insights and Content.
  7. Click Save Changes.
