Overview
Audience Activation supports several campaign types, each with different goals and audiences. The General Service Content campaigns enables dealers to leverage creative content to engage shoppers around services offered at the Dealership with the aim of keeping Service top-of-mind for vehicle owners and potential buyers.
Campaigns
The General Service Content campaign consists of three campaign groups:
- EV Service
- Maintenance Tips
- Tires
EV Content
Audience: Had a service RO logged for an EV or purchased an EV from Dealership
Cadence: eligible Shoppers will receive emails every 30 days
Maintenance
Audience: Any dealership lead or sale
Cadence: eligible Shoppers will receive emails every 30 days
Tires
Audience: Any dealership lead or sale
Cadence: eligible Shoppers will receive emails every 30 days
