Summary
Lead Radar is a feature that enables dealership personnel to receive either real-time SMS messages or a daily digest email when a lead(s) - which Fullpath converted via the widget or Chat - is back on your website. The feature helps dealers quickly identify and engage with high-intent leads.
How does it work?
Once enabled, you may choose one or more dealership employees to receive the notification(s). The digest email includes a list of leads who visited the website after having converted on any Website Engagement module. This feature is cookie-based, so some actual returning visitors may not be included if they are using a different device.
**Note, this feature works with Website Engagement leads only, and is triggered once, the first time a lead returns to the website after a conversion. You will not receive messages about the same lead multiple times.

Enabling Lead Radar on Your Account
Lead Radar can be enabled on your Website Engagement General Settings page:
Unsubscribing from the Employee Daily Digest Email
- Scroll down to the bottom of the email
- If you have a login to the Website Engagement dashboard - click Update your preference
- If you don't have a log-in to the Connect dashboard - click Unsubscribe from the list
