Overview
In addition to being sitting inside of the Fullpath Website Engagement widget, the Chat module may also be engaged by clicking on a label (‘CHAT’) found on the left, right, or bottom of a page on your website. You may decide where this extra label sits on your website. Since every website is different, you can decide where you’d like the label to appear on the screen.
Desktop
By default, the label will appear on the bottom left of the screen. Below are illustrations of the different options:

Side: Left
Side: Right
None
If you choose not to display the chat label at all, it is possible to not have any external Chat labels, and Chat will only be accessible from within the widget.
Mobile
If the Mobile Minibar is enabled, Chat will appear inside the Minibar. This minimizes clutter and distractions from your mobile website, giving your shoppers a better user experience.
If the Mobile Minibar is not enabled, the Chat label will appear by default on the left side of the screen. It can also be positioned on the right side.
