Overview
Enabling the Spanish language support for Website Engagement translates all engagement modules including Chat and Ice-breakers, into Spanish.
Navigation
To enable these settings, visit the Website Engagement General Settings Page.
- Enter the Fullpath Dashboard
- Click on the cog in the upper right hand corner to access account settings
- Select Website Engagement Product
- Select General Settings
- Enable by sliding toggle ON (blue)
Functionality
For clients who enable this feature, the Spanish-language widget will automatically be offered to website visitors who have set their browser language to Spanish.
Lead Routing
Converted leads will be sent to the dealership CRM in English, but the message will be in Spanish if the user responded to chat or populated module fields in Spanish.
ChatGPT Module and Stand-alone ChatGPT
Spanish is supported on accounts with ChatGPT enabled as part of the standard Website Configuration as well as accounts with Stand-alone ChatGPT on site.
Important to note
If a user starts the conversation in English but switches to Spanish, Chat GPT will respond and continue the conversation in Spanish, and visa versa from Spanish back to English.
