Overview
Calls To Action (CTAs) are clickable elements on the Dealership website which prompt shoppers to convert on the webpage. With Fullpath, you can link CTAs on your website to specific Website Engagement modules and keep your data connected and the shopper experience onsite more efficient; Dynamic CTAs allow for filling out forms and providing information to one provider, in one system, rather than using several which don't share data or save information from one session to another.

Each of these CTAs can be linked to either a Fullpath widget module or a URL on your website.
Leads who convert on these buttons are sent to your CRM with the vehicle of interest included in the ADF. |
Best Practices
In order to connect the most data possible from your website and the engagements Shopper's interact with on your pages, it is recommended to launch your account live with at least 2 CTAs set up on each VDP as well as at least 1 on SRPs where relevant.
CTAs allow Fullpath's Website Engagement to learn more about shoppers, understand their intent, predict their next actions and serve them with the most relevant engagements.
Requesting a Dynamic CTA
You can request a new Dynamic CTA within the Website Engagement settings in the Fullpath Dashboard. Fill out the necessary information and the Fullpath Technical Support team will receive your request and notify you when it is completed.
Important to Note
If your website is DealerDotCom there are specific restrictions on the placement of CTAs on VDPs and SRPs. Speak to your CSM to make sure your requested CTAs are brand compliant.
