Overview
The Website Engagement Overview Page is the best place for you to see what Fullpath's Website Engagement is bringing to your dealership. It displays the most important metrics that you want to see in a clear and concise manner.
Performance at a Glance
The top of the Overview Page gives you the top-line metrics for Website Engagement: How many people visited your site? What did they do? How did that impact your leads and sales? It's all here.
The date picker at the top allows you to filter the data results to the period of time that you want to see. The default range is set to the previous two weeks.
- Chat Conversations require Fullpath Chat to be turned on.
- CRM Linked, Sales and Close Rate require CRM Link to be set up.
- Phone Calls require the Click-to-Call module to be turned on.
I'm noticing a discrepancy between the number of inbound phone calls and click-to-calls, why might this be? When a shopper visits your website and clicks on the "Call Us" button, it does not automatically initiate a phone call. Instead, the feature will display the dealership's phone number on the user's screen, where they can then opt to call the dealer.
Performance Over Time
Further down the page you will find information about Website Engagement performance over time, with options to look at the graph according to day, week, or month.
