Many different types of people will visit your dealership’s website, at different stages of the buying process. While you hope that all of your visitors will convert on your site and eventually buy a car, some will fill out your forms with aliases and sometimes even include expletives in their name or email address.
In order to make sure your CRM and Fullpath dashboard is not filled with inappropriate and fake leads, Fullpath has an internal system that aims to filter out such leads from being sent to you. This is to prevent your team from seeing and possibly following up with a bad lead– after all, there is nothing more precious than your BDC and Sales Team’s time. There are a number of checks along the way before a lead is disqualified so that a real lead does not accidentally get filtered out.
