Using the Store Performance Page
The Store Performance Page is ideal for Dealers and Marketers seeking to gain a top level overview of performance metrics across the platform. For those seeking to dive deeper and analyze performance trends, from within several of the charts and sections, drill thru capabilities offer a higher resolution on various aspects of reporting and performance. The date range can be adjusted to view data from a daily, weekly, monthly or custom view.
Dashboard Structure
The Store Performance page has 3 sections which consist of the following: Performance Overview for each activate product on the account, Shopper Journeys, and Data Sources. Within each of these sections, the user may gain higher resolution and drill down further into other pages and reports for more granular detail.
Section by Section Breakdown

Acquire Overview
- The top bar of this section includes overview metrics including Spend, Leads and Estimated CPL as well as a breakdown of the lead count by channel.
- Upon opening the full view of the section, you can see both a graph view of either leads or spend broken down by Objective as well as top level stats, and channel performance within the selected timeframe.
- Nota Bene: There is an additional side section called Strategy that is not date-bound, meaning the date-range adjustment will have no impact on these stats as they represent the strategy from account start to date.
- Within each bar of the graph, you can see clearly labeled the number of leads directly attributed to Acquire Ads and of those, the leads directly converted on site by Connect.
- The top bar of this section includes overview metrics including Spend, Leads and Estimated CPL as well as a breakdown of the lead count by channel.

Connect Overview
- The top bar of this section includes overview metrics including Website visitors, Leads and Conversion rate on site.
- This section provides both a graph view of leads captured onsite by Connect and broken down by Module as well as top level performance stats within the selected timeframe.
- Within each bar of the graph, you can see clearly labeled the number of leads attributed to shoppers who converted onsite after clicking Acquire Ads.
- Nota Bene: While the number of conversions within each bar attributed to clicks from Acquire are from leads who converted onsite within the selected date range, they may have clicked on the Acquire Ad up to 30 days before that time (Click Thru Window of 30 days).

Nurture Overview
- The top bar of this section includes overview metrics including Engaged Customers from the dealership CRM, Active Shoppers, Leads, attributable Sales and Service ROs.

- This section provides both a graph view of all active campaigns which have active shoppers in them, and broken down by Campaign type within the selected timeframe.
- You can also see a section to the right of the graph which outlines some of the campaign settings and strategy employed on the account.

Last Call Overview
- The top bar of this section includes overview metrics including VINS currently promoted by Last Call, VDP views from the selected month, the number of known shoppers on the promoted VINs as well as a count of Moved Out vehicles (those which have either been sold or removed from the website).
- Nota Bene: While the Goal of VDP views for the month is displayed as a set number (orange), the actual VDP views displayed (blue) in the above chart show the real number within the selected date range.

Shopper Journeys
- This section includes a sampling of customers within the selected date range who have engaged with several products, contain a high lead score, and generally tell an interesting or robust customer journey within the Fullpath CDXP.
