Overview
Fullpath provides integrations with dozens of core Dealership tech in order to incorporate as much data as possible into the CDP data layer for your dealership. Fullpath also leverages several APIs in order to maximize security and efficiency of data transfer and ensure wherever possible, we're connected to the data that drives your dealership.
Navigation
The Data Integrations page displays all the data integrations leveraged by the CDXP and allows you to click into and configure each one. You may access this page by clicking into the CDP tab on the top bar and clicking on DATA INTEGRATIONS > Integrations Hub from the left side menu: https://dashboard.fullpath.com/data-integrations/hub/all
Integration Status
Each integration can be in 1 of 3 states:
- Connected (live, pulling new data)
- Processing (processing data, connection will be completed soon)
- Not Connected (nothing is connected for this integration)

Website
Fullpath integrates with dozens of website providers. Learn about supported website providers.

CRM (Customer Relationship Management System)
Fullpath pulls data directly from the dealership CRM on a daily basis. This CRM link pulls customer data, lead data, sold data, service and appointment data into the CDP. Learn about supported CRMs.

DMS (Data Management System)
Fullpath may pull data directly from the dealership DMS on a daily basis. This DMS data can include customer data, sold data, financial terms and conditions into the CDP. Learn about supported DMSs.

Inventory
Fullpath pulls the dealership inventory into the CDP in one of two ways:-

Code on site: a snippet of JS code inserted onto the dealer website so we can scan the website and see exactly what inventory is available at any given time
- Inventory feed integration: An inventory feed is essentially a list of all your dealership’s vehicles, typically pulled from your DMS (Dealer Management System). Depending on which feed provider you use, the data is automatically updated from several times a day to once daily, and is one of the easiest ways to accurately see which and how many vehicles are in your inventory.

Incentives
Fullpath pulls Incentive data from several different sources:-

OEM: The Original Equipment Manufacturer, or the Car Brands, create new incentives each month for their line of vehicles. These incentives are typically distributed to dealerships regionally and represent a portion of the offers which dealerships can then provide to their customers. Fullpath automatically pulls this data from the OEM into the platform, cross referencing the dealership location and zip code to make sure the appropriate offers are utilized, as well as cross referenced with a dealership’s available inventory. - Dealership Offers: dealers may be manually uploaded each month, individually or several at a time using a CSV file.

Dynamic Payments: Dynamic Payments are a FUSE Autotech data source that the CDXP platform leverages as an additional data source that can find the best ad-compliant specials and display them on your website while dynamically keeping them up to date 24/7. Dynamic payments can sync between the OEM, Dealership, and financial institutions' rebates, incentives, and residuals to provide the most up-to-date and complete offers on the vehicle you want.
- Stellantis ORE Offers. ORE Offers are incentives created by Stellantis and served to Stellantis shoppers of Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram. Fullpath pulls these offers directly from Stellantis via an API and populates Digital Advertisings Ads and Audience Activation emails with these unique offers (ORE offers are not served on dealership websites through Website engagement.
