Coin (Widget)
When the on-site widget isn't delivering any interactions, it lives on the page in this coin. The color of the coin is determined by your OEM’s brand colors, or by your preference (You can change your dealership colors under the Advanced Dealership Settings). Clicking on the Coin opens up the widget to the home screen.

Home Screen
The widget home screen offers almost all the available interactions. It can be accessed by clicking on the coin.

Dynamic CTAs (in-page)
These are calls to action that in most cases existed on the site prior to Website Engagement implementation. They look native to the site, but when a visitor clicks on them, the widget is triggered. They can be found on search pages (SRPs), Vehicle Description Pages (VDPs), and the Homepage of the website. Leads who convert on these buttons are sent to the client’s CRM with the vehicle of interest included in the ADF.

Chat Label
This is a button on your website that populates the chat module within the widget when clicked. Read more about it here.

Minihome
This is the widget form that appears for new visitors when they first arrive on your website, or anytime a visitor hovers over the Coin. Hovering over each icon shows the visitor the module name. Clicking on the icons opens the widget into a full interaction. Clicking on the "x" inside in the Coin will close the minihome.

Mobile Minibar
This opt-in functionality is a mini version of the widget home screen for mobile sites. We’ve found that it performs much better on mobile than the desktop version of our widget. Some clients don’t opt in because of interference from other on-site tools.
Text us, Hours and Address will always be shown on Mobile Minibar. The other modules will appear based on what the Fullpath algorithm determines is most relevant for each particular shopper.
Full Interaction
A full interaction prompts a shopper to convert and provide their details in a form. Full Interactions open when a shopper clicks on the coin/minibar, a dynamic CTA, or at the system's discretion.

Notifications
Notifications are the widget's least intrusive way of getting a visitor's attention. It shows text (and sometimes an image) inviting the visitor to interact in some way. Clicking on the notification opens the module in a full interaction.

Follow-up Interaction
Some widget modules offer another action at the end of the conversion. For instance, when a visitor converts on an incentive, they are then given the option to book a test drive for that vehicle. If they book the test drive, this is considered a second conversion. In this instance, we would have one lead and two conversions. When we talk about conversions and leads, it’s important to understand that leads refers to the net number of unique people who converted, and therefore it’s possible and highly probable for a dealership to have more conversions than leads each month.
Exit Pop-up
When a desktop visitor signals that they are about to leave the site (by moving the cursor to either of the top corners of the browser window), we will sometimes show a pop-up as an additional effort to engage the user before they leave. The exit pop-up feature is enabled by default. If you do not want to use this feature, it can be turned off within your dashboard settings.
Another way to increase on-site conversions and optimize your data across the CDXP is by directly embedding our trade-in functionality into the dealer website's trade-in page. The Fullpath Trade-In takeover iframe sits on top of the dealership trade-in page on desktop. On mobile, a shopper may dismiss this interaction.
You can enable this functionality on the Modules page within Website Engagement Settings in your Dashboard. To enable, simply check off the "Trade-In Page" box and add your trade-in page URL in the box below it:
