Overview
Fullpath supports several campaign types, each with different goals and audiences. The Intro to Service campaigns are a new set of service campaigns designed to help dealerships engage customers post-sale and drive service bookings.
*Important to note: when examining performance of a service campaigns, keep in mind, not all service leads are considered Service ROs. A Service RO must be associated with a Shopper who has opened and clicked on the AA Service email within the given timeframe / clickthrough window to be considered an attributed Service RO.
Eligibility
As most service related campaigns rely on Service Data, Service campaigns will only run for those accounts where DMS is connected. Not all DMS support all Service campaign types. Read more here to learn which campaigns are supported by which DMS providers.
Campaigns
The Service Activation campaign consists of 2 campaign groups:
- Welcome to Service
- Audience: Customers who purchased a vehicle in the last 5 days

Goal: Introduce the dealership’s service department and prompt them to schedule their first visit
- Book First Service
- Audience: Customers who bought 4–6 months ago and have no upcoming RO scheduled
- Goal: Encourage them to book their first service appointment
Important to Note
Intro to Service Campaigns are OFF by Default. Many dealerships already run a similar campaign using their internal tool stack and may not want overlapping emails. This makes it easy for users to opt in with just one click if they choose to use ours.
Template Samples
This campaign type offers seasonal templates featuring Spring/ Summer and Winter/ Fall language and graphics which automatically update according to the time of year!
