Overview
Adding Pre-Order inventory to your CDXP allows your dealership to promote vehicle models that have not yet been released, but are available for pre-order. The Pre-Order Inventory feature is a platform level feature which enables ad creation, on-site engagements and retargeting, and email sending related to these vehicles.
Adding Vehicles to Your Pre-Order Inventory
IIn order to add Pre-Order vehicles to the Fullpath platform, enter your Fullpath Dashboard > Data Integrations > Pre-order Inventory.
1) To add a new vehicle, click on the ADD NEW button in the upper right hand corner or click on the open tile which reads ADD NEW.
2) A form will open prompting you to add the following vehicle details: Year, Make, Model, Image upload, Landing Page, Expiration date.
** should no image be added or the image added does not work, the fallback image will be pulled from the Fullpath repository
** if the vehicle you would like to add is NOT LISTED in the dropdown menu, please email support@fullpath.com with the relevant vehicle information (year, make, model) as well as the landing page on your site for this vehicle and an image (if you have) and we will make sure it is added to the account within 48 hours.

What Happens When Pre-Order Inventory Is Added
Digital Advertising
When pre-order vehicles are added into the Fullpath platform, a new Digital Advertising objective is created which contains bundles of ads and keywords related to the pre-order inventory. This objective will be automatically turned ON for all active channels and may only be paused from within the Pre-Order Inventory Data source.

Onsite Engagement
A module called Pre-Order Inventory will be activated, which includes a lead capture form that triggers on the Pre-Order vehicle landing page. This module will appear for those coming to this landing page from ALL traffic sources including your ads. The onsite widget will also retarget onsite shoppers who have been to the Pre-Order landing page with an engagement to convert on that vehicle.

Email and CRM Activation
If you have Pre-Order Vehicles added as a data source, a new Campaign will open and run on your account. This campaign type will only run if you have pre-order inventory added to your account AND the inventory date has not expired. This campaign will target and engaged audiences who meet the following criteria:
-
Customers that have a Vehicle of Interest based on VDP Views / CRM Vehicle Wanted / CRM Vehicle Sold
-
A Pre-Order vehicle has been added to the account promotion group which matches a model of the customer’s Vehicle of Interest
-
A customer's last lead was submitted more than 14 days ago (We won't email within the first two weeks of a submitted lead).
-
A customer has no recorded purchases in the past 1 year.

Enabling/Disabling the Pre-Order Inventory Feature
This feature is OFF by default and may be activated in one of two ways:
- Enabling the feature by turning the switch ON
- Adding inventory to the Pre-Order Inventory List
This feature may be deactivated by turning it OFF in the CDP > Data Integrations > Inventory. Turning this OFF will pause the entire objective for Digital Advertising as well as remove the Pre-Order landing page module for onsite lead capture via Website Engagement.
Please note: disabling the feature turns off the objective for ads, the widget module, and the email Campaign - they cannot be separated.
