Overview
Email Campaigns are core to Audience Activation and are comprised of an audience, an email template, and a subject line template. The Campaigns tab is where you can see a list of campaigns and view high level campaign performance.

Navigation
Log in to your Dashboard and click on "Audience Activation" in the lefthand navigation bar. The Campaigns page is nested there:
Page Structure
The Campaigns page shows two tabs delineating Sales Campaigns and Service Campaigns. Clicking on each tab will show you a list view of all relevant campaigns in that category.
Each row represents a campaign group and includes the following information:
For Service-related campaigns, the row will include a metric called Service ROs which displays the number of Service Repair Orders pulled from the CRM during the selected date:
Clicking on a campaign group lets you drill down further and see the performance of each campaign within (Hot, Medium and Cold).
Important to note: Sales attributed to a campaign during the selected date range are not the aggregated total. Therefore, the total number of sales attributed to a particular campaign may not be visible within the default 30 day date range, and you should consider expanding and viewing a wider date range to get the full picture of sales which can be attributed to Audience Activation as vehicle sales cycles may sometimes take longer than 30 days.
In addition: the leads and sales attributed to a campaign are incremental. This is important because it helps understand why the total number of leads and/or sales from all campaigns will NOT equal the total you see on the Overview page (which aggregates all incremental leads and sales). A customer may be in multiple campaigns at the same time. They may convert on one campaign but have their vehicle sale tied to another. The campaign performance will reflect this and list the same action twice - once inside each relevant campaign. This is not to inflate numbers, rather it is to show that several campaigns engaged customers, converted customers, or lead to a sale. The Overview page lists the total for leads and sales - it does not double count, whereas the campaigns page shows performance by campaign and may reflect duplicate customer actions in different campaigns. |
Pausing an Active Campaign
At the end of each campaign row is a ⋮ symbol which allows you to either pause the campaign or view the campaign. Each campaign has an expanded page which provides more in-depth performance stats as well as other actions you may take on a campaign.
Pausing a campaign immediately stops sending emails to the associated audience.
Date Range
All data visible on the overview page may be viewed within a selected time frame by clicking on the date range bar in the upper right hand corner of the page. The default is a 30 day view from the current date.
Creating a Custom Campaign
Clicking on the Create Custom Campaign button enables users to create custom email campaigns including a custom subject line, text body and images, CTA and signature. Custom campaigns also enable you to choose the campaign audience from your CDP Shopper lists, assign priority to the campaign, and choose the launch date.
