Manually Adding and Removing Promoted VINs

Overview

While VINs Acceleration can automatically select and promote stuck or hard-to-move vehicles, dealers may also want to add vehicles manually to the promotions list. Vins Acceleration supports both automatic and manual additions.

Adding Vins to the Promotions List

In order to manually add a vehicle to the list of cars promoted in VINs Acceleration:

1. Enter Vins Acceleration solution inside the Fullpath CDXP: https://dashboard.fullpath.com/last-call/overview 
   
   
2. Scroll down and click on the Add VINs button in the upper right hand corner of the Promoted Inventory list
   
   
   
   
3. There are 2 sections to the Add Vins flow - selection and confirmation.
   • You may select the Vins you want added to the promotions list by:
     • scrolling and manually ticking the box(es)
     • applying a filter to narrow the list and manually ticking the box(es)
     • use the search field to find specific vehicles by typing year, make, or model
       
       
       
       
       
       
       
       
4. REVIEW to confirm your selection > hit the SAVE button in the lower right corner to confirm selection. Note that when vehicles are selected and saved, they will immediately be added to the promotions list.
   
   
        
   

Removing Vehicles from the Promoted Inventory List

In order to remove a vehicle from the VINs Acceleration promotion list, click on the three dots in the upper right hand corner of the vehicle row. Note that this action will permanently remove this vehicle from being promoted via VINs Acceleration (the vehicle will not be added to the list automatically if you have the Ai auto-add feature enabled).
