Overview
Fullpath supports several email campaign types, each with different goals and audiences. The Vehicle Acquisition campaigns helps dealers to acquire more inventory while offering customers cash, trade-in credits, or other incentives.
Campaigns
The Vehicle Acquisition Group consists of three campaigns:
- Cash
- Lease/ Finance
- Non-buyers
Cash
Goal: Let customers who purchased a car from you know that you'd like to buy it back
Audience: Customers who purchased a car at least 1 year ago
Cadence: eligible Shoppers will receive emails every 30 days
Lease/Finance
Goal: Let customers who leased or financed a vehicle from you know that you'd like to buy it back
Audience: Customers who purchased a car at least 1 year ago and are currently still in their lease contract or still actively making finance payments
Cadence: eligible Shoppers will receive emails every 30 days
Non-Buyers
Goal: Let leads who have not yet purchased a car from you know that you'd like to buy their current vehicle
Audience: Leads who have not yet purchased a vehicle from within the past five years
Cadence: eligible Shoppers will receive emails every 30 days
