Overview
Audience Activation supports several campaign types, each with different goals and audiences. The VDP Visitors campaign helps dealers engage shoppers who have recently visited a VDP on the dealership website.
This audience is particularly valuable as:
1) VDP page visits typically indicate high buying intent
2) Conversions on these pages have the added value of a specific vehicle of interest
Campaigns
The VDP Visitors Group consists of three campaigns:
- VDP Visitors HOT
- VDP Visitors WARM
- VDP Visitors COLD
VDP Visitors HOT
- Audience: This campaign targets customers who have visited a VDP on the dealership website in the last 30 days.
- Goal: The campaign is designed to engage low funnel shoppers who know which vehicle they are interested in and are looking for the best deal.
VDP Visitors WARM
- Audience: This campaign targets customers who have visited a VDP on the dealership website in the last 31 - 60 days.
- Goal: The campaign is designed to engage mid-funnel shoppers who have shown interest in a particular vehicle and are deciding if your dealership is the best place for them to purchase this vehicle.
VDP Visitors COLD
- Audience: This campaign targets customers who have visited a VDP on the dealership website in the last 61 - 90 days.
- Goal: The campaign is designed to engage up-funnel shoppers who have shown interest in a particular vehicle and are deciding if it's the right vehicle for them.
