Overview
Audience Activation supports several campaign types, each with different goals and audiences. The Price Drop campaigns help dealers to engage shoppers who showed interest in a vehicle which has recently dropped in price, according to what is posted on the dealership website.
Campaigns
The Price-Drop Group consists of three campaigns:
- Price Drop HOT
- Price Drop WARM
- Price Drop COLD
- Micro Price Drop
Price Drop HOT
- Audience: This campaign targets customers who are interested in a vehicle that recently had a price drop of more than 10%.
- Goal: The campaign is designed to proactively engage shoppers who are interested in a specific vehicle to which the dealer has recently applied a significant discount.
- Cadence: eligible Shoppers will receive emails every 7 days
Price Drop WARM
- Audience: This campaign targets customers who are interested in a vehicle that recently had a price drop of between 5% - 10%.
- Goal: The campaign is designed to proactively engage shoppers who are interested in a specific vehicle to which the dealer has recently applied a significant discount .
- Cadence: eligible Shoppers will receive emails every 14 days
Price Drop COLD
- Audience: This campaign targets customers who are interested in a vehicle that recently had a price drop of between 2.5% - 5%.
- Goal: The campaign is designed to proactively engage shoppers who are interested in a specific vehicle to which the dealer has recently applied a discount.
- Cadence: eligible Shoppers will receive emails every 30 days
Micro Price Drop
- Audience: This campaign targets customers who are interested in a vehicle that recently had a price drop of below 2.5% (with a $100 floor, meaning, if the drop was below $100 it will not be included).
- Goal: The campaign is designed to proactively engage shoppers who are interested in a specific vehicle to which the dealer has recently applied a discount.
- Cadence: eligible Shoppers will receive emails every 30 days
