Navigation
To view VINs Acceleration information in the Dashboard, log into your Fullpath platform and click on "VINs Acceleration" in the lefthand navigation bar:
You can then choose to navigate between the main Overview page or Reports.
Page Structure
The Last Call Reports page contains two sections where you can toggle between viewing metrics on Last Call Inventory or Last Call Shoppers.
Inventory
The Inventory tab displays top level metrics including the total monthly Last Call budget, the number of vehicles promoted in Last Call within the date range selected, the number of vehicles Moved Out within the selected date range, and the sell rate (calculated as: the number of vehicles moved out / VINS promoted in last call * 100).
Last Call Sold Vehicles / Moved Out
Last Call Moved Out (Sold Vehicles) is a list of vehicles whose VDPs have been removed from the dealer website. Those vehicles which can be verified as SOLD by the dealer's CRM will have a green check mark next to the vehicle details.
Traffic Sources
Included in the Inventory tab is also a breakdown of traffic sources from which views on Last Call VINs originated.
VDP Views
The section on the upper right side of the page shows a speedometer labeled as VDP Views. This chart displays the number of VDP views attributed to Last Call traffic only (those generated off ads created by Last Call).
Last Call Inventory
The bottom half of the Inventory section in the Reports page includes a list of VINs promoted on Last Call during the selected date range.
The list includes a thumbnail of the vehicle, the Year, Make, Model, and VIN as well as columns which include the vehicle condition, Status, total Days on Lot, the total Days on Last Call, total VDP views, VDP views driven by Last Call, and the number of known shoppers who have viewed that VIN during the selected date range.
You may search by VIN, Year, Make, or Model for a specific vehicle by using the search box in the upper right hand corner of this section.
Shoppers
The Shopper tab displays top level metrics including the total monthly Last Call budget, the number of Last Call VDP views within the date range selected, the number of shoppers who viewed Last Call VINs within the selected date range, and the Cost Per Last Call VDP View (calculated as: the total budget / the amount of Last Call VDP views).
Also included in the Shoppers tab on the upper right side is a donut chart breaking down the number of shoppers who are returning (have had previous sessions where they visited Last Call VDPs) and new Shoppers (who are visiting a Last Call VDP for the first time).
Note bene: keep in mind this is the breakdown of shoppers within the selected date range.
Last Call Shoppers
The bottom section of the Shoppers tab includes a list of Last Call Shoppers from the selected date range. The list includes the Shopper name (if provided) email and or phone number, whichever we have available, the amount of days that have passed since the shopper's last visit to a Last Call VDP, the Last Call vehicle of interest, and the traffic source from which the shopper came.
Date Range
All data on the page may be viewed during a specific monthly timeframe chosen with the date picker found in the upper right hand corner. The default date display is the current month to date.
