The 8 selected shopper journeys provide a sampling to help your team to understand exactly what marketing activity at your dealership lead to a lead, appointment, or sale of a vehicle. The journeys enable you to see exactly which Fullpath solutions facilitates meaningful touchpoints between your dealership and your customers.
You may click on the name of any shopper in the list to dive into the Shopper Page where you can view the entire timeline of marketing activity and interactions with your dealership as well as vehicle of interested, conversion data, contacts details and more.
The default date range is the last 30 days. You may adjust the date range in the upper right hand corner to view a sampling of customers with whom your dealership has had any marketing touchpoint via the Fullpath CDXP in that selected time frame.
