Overview
Fullpath is able to provide your dealership with documentation you need to submit for co-op reimbursement each month. When you launch your account, your Customer Success Manager or Onboarding Manager can submit an internal Advertising Operations case to ensure your dealership is on a recurring list to receive co-op documentation.
Please note: While we make sure that all ads are compliant, we cannot guarantee total co-op reimbursement for out of program customers due to some program’s guidelines or percent of eligible reimbursement per tactic.
At this time, Fullpath is certified with the following OEMs. If you have signed up with Fullpath via your OEM program, Fullpath will automatically submit your billing file for reimbursement based on program guidelines. These billing files will typically land on your dealership’s parts statement.

- Stellantis
- Subaru
- Mazda
- Jaguar / Land Rover
- General Motors
- Porsche
Below are some important points to keep in mind with regards to out of program co-op for your dealership:
- Co-op documents will be provided by the end of the following month. While we strive to provide them as early as possible, we cannot guarantee a date of receipt at this time due to the manual nature of collecting advertising screenshots, invoices and more.
- Co-op documents will be generated as per general automotive requirements. If you are an out of program customer, we ask that you pull anything additional to fulfill reimbursement based on your OEM’s guidelines.
- We do not have the ability to notarize documents.
- We do not submit pre-approvals.
- We do not have the ability to alter invoices that come directly from Meta and Google.
- If you signed up upon onboarding to receive monthly co-op documentation, you will receive recurring co-op zip files. There is no need to open a support ticket or request each month.
- You can elect to receive co-op documentation for the Digital Advertising, Audience Activation and Vins Acceleration solution, though no reimbursement amounts are guaranteed.
