Overview
Audience Activation supports several campaign types, each with different goals and audiences. The Non-Buyers campaigns helps you engage shoppers who have showed interest in your Dealership and vehicles in the past, but haven't completed a purchase or interacted with your dealership in some time. This campaign highlights that value of pulling data directly from the CRM at the Dealership - which enables us to see not only those who purchased, but also those who did not.
Campaigns
The Non-Buyers Group consists of three campaigns:
- Non-Buyers HOT
- Non-Buyers WARM
- Non-Buyers COLD
Non-Buyers HOT
- Audience: Re-engage with Non-buyers whose last lead was submitted 1-6 months ago.
- Goal: Engage cold leads who have not interacted with your Dealership recently.
- Cadence: eligible Shoppers will receive emails every 7 days
Non-Buyers WARM
- Audience: Re-engage with Non-buyers whose last lead was submitted 7-12 months ago.
- Goal: Engage cold leads who have not interacted with your Dealership for almost a year.
- Cadence: eligible Shoppers will receive emails every 14 days
Non-Buyers COLD
- Audience: Re-engage with Non-buyers whose last lead was submitted 13-36 months ago.
- Goal: Engage cold leads who have not interacted with your Dealership for between 1-3 years.
- Cadence: eligible Shoppers will receive emails every 30 days
