Overview
Audience Activation supports several campaign types, each with different goals and audiences. The Pre-Order campaigns enables dealers to advertise to shoppers that they can pre-order vehicles not yet in the dealership's stock. Note: this campaign will only run for Dealers who have added Pre-Order inventory to their account.
Campaigns
The Pre-Order Group consists of three campaigns:
- Pre-Order Hot
- Pre-Order Warm
- Pre-Order Cold
Each group is based on audiences who have shown interest in similar inventory and meet the following conditions:

Customers that have a Vehicle of Interest based on VDP Views / CRM Vehicle Wanted / CRM Vehicle Sold

A Pre-Order vehicle has been added to the account promotion group which matches a model of the customer’s Vehicle of Interest

A customer's last lead was submitted more than 14 days ago ( won't email within the first two weeks of a submitted lead).

A customer has no recorded purchases in the past 1 year.
Hot
Goal: Engage customers who have shown interest in similar inventory in the past 6 months
Audience: Customers whose Vehicle of Interest is the same model as a Pre-Order Vehicle you have available for order, regardless of year or trim.
Cadence: eligible Shoppers will receive emails every 30 days
Warm
Goal: Engage customers who have shown interest in similar inventory in the past 7-18 months
Audience: Customers whose Vehicle of Interest is the same model as a Pre-Order Vehicle you have available for order, regardless of year or trim.
Cadence: eligible Shoppers will receive emails every 30 days
Cold
Goal: Engage customers who have shown interest in similar inventory in the past 19-36 months
Audience: Customers whose Vehicle of Interest is the same model as a Pre-Order Vehicle you have available for order, regardless of year or trim.
Cadence: eligible Shoppers will receive emails every 30 days
