Overview
Fullpath integrates with XTime in order to enable Dealer shoppers to schedule their own appointments, effortlessly, thru the Fullpath Chatbot on the Dealer Website.

Shopper can effortlessly book an appointment inside the Fullpath chatbot as seen in the following sample conversation flow:
XTime Appointment Details
XTime appointment details will be sent directly into XTime Dealer portal but will also be visible in the Fullpath Shopper timeline which will display XTime appointment data and include the following information:
- Conversion Type: Service Appointment
- Type of Service: The requested Service is translated from the customer conversation input into a preset list of services provided by XTime (Oil change, replace wiper blades, tire inspection and repair, replace cabin air filter etc.) This translation takes places automatically in the backend and will be visible in the Shopper timeline once the appointment is booked (see screenshot below).
- Module: The module upon which the conversion / service booking took place is listed as CHAT.
- Appointment Details: Time, date (listed according to Dealership timezone and calendar)
Dealer Setup for Up XTime Integration with Fullpath
To set up an integration with XTime and Fullpath, The Dealer should log into their XTime account and configure the following:
- Enter the Fullpath Dashboard > CDP > Integrations Hub https://dashboard.fullpath.com/data-integrations/hub/category/all
- Search inside Integrations for 'XTime'

Input the Primary Contact (POC) at your Dealership for our Integration team to be in touch with, this will also initiate your integration :
- The Fullpath team will process the request and provide your unique Dealer Invitation Code to the POC listed (within 1-3 business days)

Once the POC at the Dealership receives the code, save and copy the Invitation code
this code expires within 72 hours so it is important that the POC complete this step as soon as the code is received! -
Enter XTime > Select Dealership > Navigate to Configure

Applications > Partners

Enter the Fullpath Invitation code in the field: xxxxxxxxxx

Click Validate

XTime in the Dashboard
For accounts with the Fullpath XTime integration enabled, XTime appointments booked will be visible in the Website Engagement overview reporting:
The Department selection feature will DISABLE the XTime Bot Appointment booker.
XTime in Google Analytics
For Dealers who have Google Analytics 4 set up, Fullpath will trigger events to GA4 following the Automotive Standards Committee formatting and protocol anytime a Shopper books an appointment using xTime on the Dealer site. GA4 event asc_comm_submission_service_appt which is sent when a Service Appointment is set via chat. Currently the only integration is xTime.

Time Table
Once the Dealer has completed Integration inside their XTime account, the Fullpath team will be notified and complete the required vendor-side steps on the account. Implementation may take up to 3-5 business days.
